We look at support for Crystal Reports different than the parent company of Crystal Reports does. We work with you to solve your issues and solutions to your issues. We will work on the report to solve the issue, unlike the most companies that just tell you what needs to be done to the report. Our support system can be broken into two basic categories: Consultive Training Support, and Consultive Development Support
Consultive
Training SupportThis type of support helps you find report issues and then trains you how to deal with the issue yourself. If the issue comes up again, you will have the knowledge to resolve it yourself. This is often a very popular way of training. We will troubleshoot the existing issue and then walk you through the steps to fix the problem on your own.
Consultive Development
Support This type of support is where we get sent the issue and we fix the issue and send the report back with the issue completed. This type of support saves time for the person that is time conscious or on a deadline to produce the information.
Rate Information
Brilliant Data Solutions consulting rates are very competitive.
We require a prepayment of a minimum of four hours for consulting
and/or support services. The entire time does not need to
be used in a single sitting. The four hours has to be used
within two years. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, or a
Business Check.
